Privacy policy

No sign-in. A local character library.

You do not create a user account or provide an email address to use the app. Saved characters and completed downloads live in the app's private storage on your phone. Android cloud backup and device transfer are disabled for this data. Uninstalling, clearing app data or losing the device removes access to the library and unused credits. You can export copies to your gallery; those copies are managed by you and your gallery or backup provider.

Data needed to provide the service

Firebase creates an anonymous technical installation identity. Our server uses it to protect your files, track generation requests, verify purchases and maintain your credit balance. This is a pseudonymous identifier, not a sign-in account or recovery method. We process job identifiers, selected generation settings, credit transactions and payment verification records. Google Play handles payment details; we do not receive your full card details.

When you request a price or generation, the images, selected video clip and creative instructions you approve are uploaded to our Cloudflare infrastructure and made available to Higgsfield for processing. This can include a face if you choose to upload one. We do not create a face-recognition database or use face data to identify you. Imported photos that you do not submit for pricing or generation stay on your device.

Storage and retention

Unsubmitted private uploads expire after 24 hours. Inputs associated with a submitted job and completed server copies are normally removed after seven days; expiry processing may take a further day. Prompts and input links are cleared after the same retention window. Completed files already saved to your phone remain there until you remove them. Open the app within seven days of completion to download a result. We retain the minimum installation balance, purchase and accounting records needed to operate credits, reconcile payments, prevent repeated redemption and meet applicable legal duties.

Higgsfield operates its own processing and retention systems. Its API documents a minimum availability period for outputs; removal from our storage does not mean immediate deletion from the provider's systems. See Higgsfield's privacy policy.

Optional analytics and notifications

Usage analytics are off until you opt in. If enabled, Firebase Analytics measures app usage, device/app information and approximate geographic region; our administration panel also counts consenting installations by country inferred from the network request. This is not GPS or precise location. We do not put your photos, videos or creative prompts in analytics events. You can turn collection off in Settings. Counts represent installations, not necessarily distinct people.

If you enable notifications and grant Android permission, Firebase Cloud Messaging stores a delivery token. We use it for a successful character or video completion notification. We do not send a push for every queue update, or automatically enroll you in promotional messages. Turning notifications off removes the token from the active server preference.

Service providers and transfers

Cloudflare provides hosting, storage and delivery. Google Firebase provides installation authentication, app verification, optional analytics and push messaging. Google Play verifies Android purchases. Higgsfield processes requested AI generations, including Genjutsu motion transfer. These providers may process data in countries outside your own. We do not sell your personal information or include advertising SDKs.

Permissions and choices

The app uses Android's media picker for files you select, internet access and optional notifications. It does not request your contacts, microphone or precise location. Gallery exports are initiated by you. You can report generated or published content from inside the app.

Deletion and privacy requests

Use Settings → Delete app data while the app is still installed. Once current jobs are settled, this removes local characters, generated downloads and server media, and disables the installation's analytics and push preferences. Exported gallery files must be deleted separately. Minimal transaction records may be retained for payment reconciliation and legal duties. For access, deletion, correction, objections or other rights available in your region, contact us above. We may need a job or purchase reference to locate records; never email passwords, card numbers or API keys.

Uninstalling alone cannot notify us to delete a remote installation record. For more information, see data deletion. Material changes to this policy will be reflected on this page.
