Terms of use

The service

The app lets you save characters, create AI character sheets and request AI video transformations. AI outputs can vary and may contain errors. A character sheet is composed by the model; a fixed four-angle layout, exact likeness, virality or commercial performance is not guaranteed. Model options, availability and generation prices can change.

Your installation

There is no sign-in or recovery code. Characters and unused credits are tied to the current installation. Uninstalling, clearing app data, device loss or replacement can permanently remove access to them. Export character and video copies to your gallery if you want to keep them independently. A Google Play restore check can resolve eligible unfinished purchases; it does not restore a deleted character library or consumed credit purchases from another installation.

Credits and purchases

Credit packs are one-time Google Play purchases. The app displays the current localized store price before purchase and an exact credit quote before generation. A quote is valid for the time shown. We reserve the quoted credits when you confirm. A verified failed, rejected or canceled generation returns the reserved credits once. A temporary network error does not necessarily mean generation failed; the app checks the existing job rather than starting a new paid request.

Credits have no cash value, cannot be transferred between installations and are not a subscription. We do not apply scheduled credit expiry while the installation remains available. Refunded or charged-back purchases have their credits removed; previously spent refunded credits can offset future grants. Purchase refunds are handled under Google Play's process and any mandatory rights in your jurisdiction. Nothing in these terms removes rights that cannot legally be excluded.

Content and permission

Only submit files and likenesses that you own or have permission to use. Do not create child sexual abuse material, non-consensual intimate imagery, fraudulent impersonations, threats, unlawful content or content that violates others' rights. Do not mislead others into believing synthetic media is an authentic recording. Respect applicable laws and the AI provider's acceptable-use requirements.

You retain rights you have in your inputs. You authorize the limited processing needed to quote, generate, store and deliver the result you request. Generated results are private by default and are not automatically published in Explore. Any rights in outputs are subject to applicable law, third-party rights and provider terms; uniqueness is not guaranteed.

Availability and reports

Generation relies on third-party systems and may be delayed or unavailable. Enable completion notifications or reopen the app to check progress. Server result copies are normally available for seven days; downloaded local copies persist. Report offensive content using the in-app Report content control or contact support. We may remove published templates or restrict abuse.

Responsibility and changes

You are responsible for how you use and publish your content. We take reasonable care in providing the service but cannot promise uninterrupted availability or error-free AI results. Liability limitations apply only to the extent permitted by law and do not exclude mandatory consumer protections. Material service or pricing changes will be reflected in the app before a new paid action.
